Paul has extensive technical experience in taxation structuring and planning, business finance and corporate restructuring, obtained from over 20 years of providing advice in the chartered accounting environment.
He has assisted many of his clients with the establishment and maintenance of joint venture business relationships. Paul has a reputation for interpreting and applying complex taxation and business law in a practical manner that takes into account the varying commercial imperatives of several interested parties.
