Roger is a financial strategist, principally advising the medical and legal fraternity and small and medium business owners. He has considerable experience in business and financial management and succession planning, entities, such as Prescribed Private funds and provides inter vivos estate planning advice to family groups.

Prior to joining Lachlan Partners, Roger was the Managing Director Private Clients at Peloton, a boutique financial advisory firm which merged with Lachlan Partners in September 2010. As the former Finance Director and State General Manager of United Healthcare Australia, Roger has worked closely with a range of healthcare professionals delivering business management and financial support services to drive practice development.

Roger holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), a Masters of Financial Planning and is a Certified Practising Accountant and regularly contributes articles on personal financial management to medical publications.
