Lachlan Partners Property Advisors has a corporation estate agent
licence, and operates independently of any real estate agencies,
so property advice is free of any conflict of interest. We
assist in buying or selling property, provide market research &
strategic advice. Our advice is tailored to meet client’s needs
from one- off advice in relation to a current or future holding,
through to a full service managing a transaction from strategy
and implementation to post-settlement.
A licensed estate agent and a Fellow of the Real Estate
Institute of Australia for nearly 30 years, Lewis Roth has vast
experience and an in depth knowledge of property acquisitions,
property disposals advice or refurbishment recommendations,
supervising maintenance and building contracts, and reviewing
insurance and compliance issues relating to real estate.
In addition, Lewis has extensive experience in negotiating
leases, options, and rent reviews for clients, as well as in
management of landlord commercial, industrial and residential
property.
Ana Bennett and Jasmine Dimitriou are licensed estate agents,
and together with Penny Owen (agent’s representative) are
qualified property advisors with over 40 years experience
combined. Areas of specialisation include commercial and
residential, transactions (purchase & sale) and management.
